After more than fifteen years as a head teacher in a Bay Area Montessori school, I developed a bilingual program that proved both engaging and effective for young learners. Earlier in my career, I worked in publishing, where I reviewed many Chinese learning materials\u2014and realized how few truly met the needs of children growing up in English-speaking environments. That gap inspired&nbsp;<strong>NinisChinese<\/strong>, a digital learning space designed to make Chinese practical, interactive, and accessible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Born and raised in Beijing and rooted in the San Francisco Bay Area for over two decades, I\u2019ve come to appreciate how being bilingual opens a window into worlds of thought and culture.
